Refund Policy
- Installation Charges, Subscription Fees, Amount paid for Software purchase, AMC's, Customization charges, Amount paid / deposited against any promotional offer are not refundable, nor adjustable against any other client’s account for any other service.
- In case software is downgraded by discontinuing any modules, no amount is refundable, nor adjustable against any other software / service.
- Unutilized Services including AMC service is non-refundable, and cannot be adjusted against any other software / service.
- We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time, so please review it frequently. Changes and clarifications will take effect immediately upon their posting on the website. If we make material changes to this policy, we will notify you here that it has been updated.
